Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of ScrollFuel, provided by Pleres Technology, LLC. By downloading or using ScrollFuel, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

What ScrollFuel does

ScrollFuel is a personal habit and general-wellness tool. It uses Apple Screen Time controls to pause apps you select, lets you complete a short movement activity, and awards a time-limited pass for those apps.

Health and safety

ScrollFuel is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Activities may not be appropriate for everyone. Choose a safe space and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before activity if you have a health condition, injury, or concern. You are responsible for your surroundings, device placement, exercise form, and decision to perform an activity.

Screen Time controls

You choose which apps or categories ScrollFuel protects. Apple controls Screen Time authorization and enforcement. Permission changes, device restarts, software updates, or other technical conditions may affect protection or timing. Do not rely on ScrollFuel for emergency, safety-critical, legal, parental-control, or medical restrictions.

Subscriptions and free trials

ScrollFuel offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Prices and introductory offers appear before purchase.

• An eligible introductory trial converts to the selected paid subscription unless canceled before it ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting ScrollFuel does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles billing, refunds, eligibility, and subscription management under Apple’s terms.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse ScrollFuel, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it unlawfully. ScrollFuel’s original content, design, and software belong to Pleres Technology or its licensors. Third-party names, icons, services, and trademarks belong to their owners.

Availability and liability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of ScrollFuel and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScrollFuel is provided “as is” and “as available.” Pleres Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses resulting from exercise, device use, unavailable apps, missed notifications, or interrupted Screen Time enforcement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

Termination and governing terms

You may stop using ScrollFuel at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. Mandatory law controls where applicable.
